The Career Vision course guides you through the creation of a focused, Personal Career Vision, which is the foundation for improved career satisfaction, life fulfillment and balance. This course combines unique assessment techniques, hands-on exercises, group interaction, and individual coaching in a lively, results-oriented format.

Part 1: Discovering Your Unique Abilities The first part of Career Vision begins with the Highlands Ability Battery - a unique, in-depth, 4.5-hour measurement of your natural, innate abilities. This test is unlike any other you may have taken and often reveals abilities you don't even know you have, as well as provides clarity to those you are aware of. After the assessment, you review the results in an individual two-hour coaching session with a trained staff coach.
Part 2: Discovering the Rest of You A two-day session that shifts you to a proactive planning process. A subtle shift in thinking about your career is necessary for you to achieve greater career success, balance and fulfillment. Experiential exercises as well as education processes will be utilized to assist in facilitating this shift in thinking.
